Each of our fabulous exceptional homes is situated on the exclusive, gated and private Windsor Palms resort style community in Kissimmee, Florida, less than 3 miles from Disney Worlds' main gate (formerly known as Wyndham Palms).

Guests coming to our villas are given clear directions as part of the booking pack sent when you book with us. But for those who already know Kissimmee, here are a few directions to help:

Take the I4 West-bound to junction 64B marked Disney World and Kissimmee/Hwy 192 West. Drive West along Hwy 192 until you reach the entrance to Splendid China mall (you can't miss it - as there's a 15ft high Dragon at the entrance!) - just after mile marker 5. Drive along Formosa Blvd. to Windsor Palms, then report in at the gate (manned 24 hrs) - and proceed to the villa you've booked into. Simple isn't it?
